About Me

Hi all! My name is Veronica. I was born in Ecuador and moved to the US when I was 9 years old. Growing up, my parents took us on MANY roadtrips anywhere we could go and I've always enjoyed venturing into new things. When I turned 18 years old, my parents asked, do you want a party, or a trip? Well duh, I took the trip! My first ever solo trip to France. I remember feeling freedom, joy, and love for this new country I am visiting.

Even though I began the solo traveler life years ago on and off as school as work would allow, recently I returned to traveling much more and thought, more people should enjoy this love I have, this WANDERLUST, this gift of adventure!

So here we are. I have traveled all over the world; France, Greece, Spain, New Zealand, Vietnam, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Dominican Republic and of course through many states in the US. Have I seen it all? NOT YET! And trust me when I tell you, I won’t try to create any content with an experience that is not my own!

The idea came to me while I was in New Zealand enjoying the views of the mountains whilst on a train ride. And now here we are! Ready to help you embark on a journey of self-discovery and wanderlust. Throughout this website you will see images of some of my favorite places I have visited and fell in love with and I know you will too.

A side note on travel. It is incredible and amazing and a gift we get to enjoy! At all income levels! You don’t need to be rich to travel. You can easily travel on a budget. I do more often than not! Every corner in this world is filled with beauty and treasures. Allow yourself to step out of your comfort zone and into the realm of endless possibilities. Dive into the unknown and let the magic of exploration captivate your soul. For many, traveling is scary. Sometimes theres uncertainty and barriers that keep people from seeing the world.
